The Baltic Hotel Liverpool

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location in this lovely area was absolutely perfect - it offered a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all the attractions. The service provided was top-notch, with room service available at all times and a friendly staff that made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The welcome drink was a nice touch and really set the tone for my stay.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a luxurious and comfortable stay. With its prime location, excellent service, and superb room amenities, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

The staff are extremely welcoming and efficient, ensuring a quick and hassle-free check-in process.

The sitting area in the room lacks proper lighting, which can be inconvenient for activities such as working at the desk or making tea and coffee.

The hotel is brand new with high-quality finishes, short walk to the city center, great customer service, amazing room design and cleanliness, comfortable bed, extensive breakfast menu.

We loved the unique decor and attention to detail in the rooms. The staff were pleasant and provided excellent service. Although we couldn't check in early, our bags were already in the room upon our return, a nice touch. They even offered to turn our sofa into a bed to give us more space, especially helpful as I am currently pregnant. the hotel had a convenient location, with many popular sites within walking distance, including the Baltic markets.

The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed and an extra sofa bed. The staff were friendly and provided a fan to cope with the hot weather. The breakfast options were delicious and affordable. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the popular Albert Dock area.

Felt really welcomed, nothing to complain about.
